Job Description:
Purpose of the JOB :
·
Completing the initial 7 days N.E.O. program;
Graduation Day after 15 days of N.E.O; ERT after 30 days of N.E.O
·
Attending morning field meeting regularly
·
Documenting 40 customer’s contacts including minimum
2 commercial calls on DAR
·
Performing 3 Demo to for converting at-least 1
sale
·
Generating at-least two references through Gift a
Smile (G.A.S) or other references
·
Update and submit daily report after leader’s
verification and signature
·
Reviewing bi-weekly Mirror for planned vs actual
·
Participating in Role Play and other Skill
Development programs every week as per
·
the schedule
·
Generating 15 appointments and 15 Demos weekly
·
Carrying out other activities such as, canopy,
petrol pump activity for Euroclean,
·
Swatch Bharat Abhiyan, Jaal Daan, for different
offices and any other innovative
·
ideas for generating references.
·
Ensuring Demo Kits/ Dr. AG Flip-Chart and Sales
Camps are maintained properly
·
All outstanding e.g., Units, Order Forms and
different kind of CDA’s must be cleared
After Promotion
·
To attend field meetings punctually and regularly
·
To be polite and courteous at all times
·
Must file Daily Activity Report on a daily basis
with complete details of customer
·
Must achieve 40 door knocks in residential
segment
·
Should have 4 to 5 Appointments a day &
achieve minimum 3-4 product
·
Presentations /demo per day
·
Should do minimum of eight sales per Cycle
·
Must ensure long term relationship with all
customers by personal meetings & help
·
them with required services
·
Should be responsible for full payment collection
and follow up on timely delivery &
·
installation
·
Must make at least 10 courtesy calls during the
month to existing customers and
·
document in the “Gift-A-Smile” book
·
Should build Prospect Bank (Pipe Line orders) and
references
