CTC                             :

INR 12,500 /month ( for Kolkata) + Incentives

INR 15,000 /month (for Tarakeswar, Diamond Harbour, Howrah- Amta, Jhargram, Jiaganj, Moinaguri, Mangalbari, Gajol, Sikkim- Rangpo) + Travel Allowances + Incentives

 

Extra Parks                  : Employee Provident Fund + Paid Leave

Incentives                    : Monthly performance incentives (best in banking industry)

 

Working Days              : 6 days a week

Bank Holidays              : Avail Bank Holidays

 

Training Provided        : Product Training & Banking Regulation Training would be given time to time

 

Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities Area        :

Candidates will be posted to a branch of bank in local area

1) Generating Leads from the branch

2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer

3) Generate leads of customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates, e-mailing, direct mailing, ATMs & cold calls in the catchment area

5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered

6) Meeting productivity norms as defined through support of channels & own efforts

7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance

8) Adhere the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously

Higher Secondary (for Kolkata)

Age                              : 35 Years (maximum)

Experience                   : minimum 1 year experience in Sales in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) industry

Mandatory                   :

He /She should have relieving /experience proof of previous employment (for all locations)

Male (for Tarakeswar, Diamond Harbour, Howrah- Amta, Jhargram, Jiaganj, Moinaguri, Mangalbari, Gajol, Sikkim- Rangpo)
